CNC550 Aluminum Single head cutting saw

The machine is used for 45 degree 90 degree cutting processing of Aluminum profile with single saw head.
And the speed can be adjusted.
It features swinging feeding and high cutting precision.
The moves agility. and can be locked in the location what do you need.

Machine Features

 

**CNC control: 
The user-friendly control panel installed on the various models runs on bearing and allows corrected positioning of the moving stop or pusher to cutting specifications. The work cycle is optimized through the creation of the cutting lists thus reducing scrap as well as workpiece loading/unloading times.

**Pusher ( auto feeding function(CNC control) ): 
Choose the automatic function on panel.
Set the cutting length through the control panel, the feeding section will automatically feed, and the control panel will display the number of cut, etc.
Pusher speed is about 4m/min.
 

1. Directly way: Enter the size you want to cut directly on the control panel, and the machine will automatically push the profile forward and cut.
2. Automatically sizing: If you have a profile want to cut the same length, and worried about the error in manual input. You can use the positioning ruler of the machine to accurately measure the length, and it will be transmitted to the control panel, the machine will recognize and cut.

**Stop (CNC control) :
Choose the manual function on panel.
 

1. Directly way: Enter the size you want to cut directly on the control panel, and choose the manual use, "stop" automatically moves to the cutting length and stops. The distance between "stop" and the saw blade is the set cutting length.
   2. Automatically sizing: Use the positioning ruler of the machine to accurately measure the length, and transmitted to the control panel, the machine will recognize and the "stop" will move.
