Multi-Head Grading Processing SystemEquipped with a series of high-precision grinding heads (visible on the main machine body), it realizes multi-stage processing of glass edges including rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing in one pass.
The grinding head spacing and pressure are adjustable, which can adapt to glass edging needs of different thicknesses (3mm-20mm) and achieve consistent processing quality.
 
Intelligent Control & OperationThe top control panel is equipped with a centralized button and knob system, supporting precise setting of conveying speed, grinding head speed and other parameters, with real-time operation status display.
The standardized electrical control design ensures stable equipment operation and convenient troubleshooting and maintenance.
 
Stable Conveying & PositioningThe extended conveying frame on both sides is equipped with multi-layer roller guide rails, which ensures the stable and non-deviating movement of glass during the edging process and is suitable for processing large-size glass panels.
The anti-slip and anti-scratch design of the conveying system reduces the damage rate of glass during processing.
