Product Description

Brief description
This machine is used for bending the PVC/UPVC/Plastic/Vinyl arc shape window door. It includes the working table, the heating groove (also say heating tank) and  the bending moulds (also say shape-forming strip). It is heated by electric heating, and the profile is heated in the heating groove. The semi-circle with the diameters from 500mm can be processed, with different bending moulds, it can process various profiles, it has features of reliability, safety and high efficiency. 
Features

1).Mainly composed of curve forming working table, heating oil groove and bending moulds etc.
2).Complete the bending forming by air (also say by infrared ray) electrical heating.
3).Complete bending forming of semi-circle profile with diameter 500-1800mm and variable radian profile with maximum diameter of 300mm and any type diameter is not more than 3000mm.
4).The machine working principle is use electrical air heating to soften profile, and then through shape-making process, make the soft profile appears arc shape.
5).Supply the different forming bands according to different profile.
