Feature Description
The Glass Shape Edging and Beveling Machine is designed to process the edges of round, oval, and other irregularly shaped glass sheets in various sizes and thicknesses. It supports multiple edge profiles by using different wheels to achieve finishes such as semicircular, flat, and OG edges.

By using a cup-shaped wheel and adjusting the motor angle, the machine can also process bevel edges efficiently.

Introduction

1. This machine is ideal for grinding and polishing the outer edges of circular, oval, and irregular flat glass with rounded or duckbill-shaped profiles.
2. The glass is held securely by a vacuum suction system, and the motor-driven rotary plate or independent five-star turntable ensures smooth rotation. The rotary speed can be adjusted as needed for precise control.
3. The machine uses an air cylinder to semi-automatically grind simple-shaped glass.
4. For pencil edging, three grinders are used to perform coarse grinding, fine grinding, and polishing in succession.
5. For beveling, bowl-shaped grinding wheels are employed. The bevel angle can be adjusted by tilting the grinder head backward.
