Automatic Dessicant Filling Machine
Product Introduction
Automatic Desiccant Filler is used to input the desiccant into the aluminium spacer. The whole work procedure is controlled by PLC. The pouring is achieved under closed condition in order to avoid humidity and dust. It features simple structure and easy operation. Put the aluminium spacer into the bottler for several seconds. It is excellent equipment in producing Double Glazing Glass with aluminium spacer.
Main structure
This machine is mainly made up of frame, machine head, desiccant bottle (including automatic lifting device), automatically controlled system and pneumatic system. The machine frame contains two parts, move the frame to relative height if the alu spacer is big. The frame moving can be achieved by adjusting lifting cylinder, which is easy to operate and stable.
