Introduction:
1.One time for molding glass sand blasting, well-distributed(Double sand cycle system). the sand is smooth. It is environmentally friendly product( It is equipped of electronic pulse dust collector to avoid dust).
2.Precision machinery. It has automatic precise location to glass, so it can save emery.
3..It is also high production machine,which can be up to 75 square meter per our(compare to vertical one).So it is the best choice for customer who want to invest low and need high production.
4.Sandblasting glass thickness is 2-30mm, also can be processed, marble, ceramic, stainless steel.
5. Glass sandblasting machine is highly efficient production line , as long as the glass is putted on natural rubber convey belt, through the cabinet, will be able to complete the whole blasting process at one time.
6.No need air compressor, therefore the power is 1/4 of normal vertical sandblasting glass machine.
7.Special Alloy sand knife. The life is 10 times than normal sand knife. It is enough for 30000 square meter.
8. Our Conveyor belt speed adopts stepless speed control, and this machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system. The blasting speed and travel speed can be fine-adjusted in the PLC controller.
9. The automatic synchronous brush sweeping system is adopted, which solves the problem of sand accumulation on the glass after glass blasting.
10.50kg sand can be used circularly.
