EVA Glass laminating Machine
Product Introduction
This machine can produce the traditional laminated glass, also can make different laminated glass with different material, such as silk, cloth, metallic braid and so on,in the middle between the two glasses, use EVA film. If you add the material differently, the use effect is also different. These products also have many kinds of functions like sound-insulated, the heat insulation, the explosion-proof, bullet proof and so on.,have been widely used and well in demand for home,bank,hospital,store,show-room,Image CIS and so on.This machine can produce all kinds of laminated glass, such as safety glass, bullet-proof glass, metal wire-reinforced glass, decoration marble glass, decoration glass, double-decked steel marble glass, color silk glass, color portrait glass, and so on.
1.Strong structure
The whole equipment frame adopts 8mm thick angle steel and is welded by carbon dioxide gas protection.Surface Electrostatic Spraying treatment,The inner liner adopts galvanized plate,padding with the heat insulating material(Aluminum silicate insulation material ) between inside and outside.
2.Control cabinet
1) Control system adopts touch screen and PLC control.
The brand of electronics parts are Siemens (Germany) and CHINT(China famous brand).
2) Multiple languages (English,Spanish and Chinese)can be set up.
3)The whole process will start automatically as long as you input the time, temperature according to our suggestion. Very easy to handle.
4)With memory function,10 sets of parameters can be stored.
5)There are two separated working system to ensure the machine run smoothly.
6)The degree of vacuum can be adjusted.
Let the temperature rise slowly,with the vacuum degree adjustment
7)Five Temperature section,from low temperature to high temperature
a.Prevent squeeze-out glue

3. Lifter: Optional
The furnace with more than 3 layers needs the lifter(It refers to 4 working layers and 5 working layers laminated glass machine need the lifter).
There are four buttons for controlling the lifting of each layer.
4. Vacuum pump
There are two vacuum pumps.
It ensure machine can work normally, in case something wrong with one vacuum pump.
5.Heating system
We adopt finned heating tube, it is made of high-quality stainless steel, modified magnesium oxide powder.
Comparing to other heating components,its heat dissipation area is enlarged 2-3 times.
As the length of the component is shortened, the heat loss itself is reduced, and under the same power condition, it has fast heating, uniform heat generation, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, and long service life

7.Silicone bag and Teflon mesh
1).The thickness of the silicone bag is 3mm, it can stand high temperature 180ºC.
The max machinable glass thickness in one silicone bag can be up to 36mm.
2).Teflon mesh is good air permeability(good for lead out the air between glass), heat-resistant and anti-stick( helpful for protecting the silicone bag).
