Glass washing machine is a key equipment in a glass processing factory. After been cut into exact sizes, glass should be washed and dried before transmitted into tempering/bending furnace and other processing machineries.

Horizontal glass washer features

The machine adopts horizontal structure, and consists of in-feed, washing, drying and out-feed section and air blower case and electric control box.

All inside machine frame is made of good quality metal, washing section uses channel steel. Sheet metal components and protection covers adopt stainless steel.

There are 3 pairs of brushes,2 pairs sponge roller,2 pairs hot knife in washing section, which are transmitted by strong power motors

The bearings, in two ends of rubber roller, stand by aluminum alloy bar which is convenient to unload.
